Roof Repair  A minor leak can cause major damage.  Finding the origin of a leak is not always easy, but we've got the "trained eye" to find them.  Roofs are inspected for potential leaks during cleaning and can be repaired on the spot.  If you are aware of any leaks in your home or darks spots on the ceiling, be sure and tell us.

The roof is the most important part of your home's weatherproofing. A leaking roof can cause severe damage in a relatively short period of time, so it is important that you do not ignore these.  Roof leaks can cause stained and damaged interior walls and ceilings, insulation that is waterlogged and ineffective, and even structural damage to the house. Water may seep a long way from the area of the leak, always following the most direct downward route. Roof leaks can occur at a roof’s flashing where different roof slopes meet to form valleys, or where chimneys and vents penetrate the roofing surface. An accumulation of debris where two roof surfaces join is also a common source of leaks. 

Don't trust just anybody! We will do the job and do it right, guaranteed.  We use lead boots which are guaranteed for a lifetime on your vents.  Most commonly used are the white plastic vents which break down only after 8-10 years and cause roof leaks.  We position starter shingles correctly around all edges to ensure optimal adhesion.  And care is taken to position nails on each shingle properly.  We remove all roofing debris on the ground and are responsible for its disposal.  We use magnets to pick up any nails that may have gotten away and our workers are trained to be respectful and careful around your flowers and vegetation.
